Privacy Policy

Agent Business Ledger ("we," "us," "the Service") is a business dashboard for real estate agents, operated by Dustin Pennington. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. By creating an account, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information. Your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password).

Profile information. Your name, team or brand name, and market area, which you provide when setting up your dashboard.

Business data you enter. Leads, clients, listings, contracts, deals, goals, content plans, and any other information you type into or upload to your dashboard. This data is yours — it's used only to power the features you see it in.

Payment information. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only a subscription status and the last few digits Stripe provides for your reference.

Connected account data. If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, we access a limited, specific set of data from your Google Account — described in detail in the section below.

MLS and other connectors. If you connect a supported MLS or transaction-management service, we access listing and contract data from that service using credentials you provide.

If you connect Gmail, we request read access to your inbox and permission to send email, used only to: show you leads or messages that need a reply, let you read a full email inside the dashboard instead of just a snippet, and send a reply or update on your behalf when you explicitly click send. If you connect Google Calendar, we request read-only access, used only to show your upcoming events inside the dashboard.

We never use this data for advertising, and we never sell it. It is only ever shown back to you, the account owner, inside your own dashboard.

Agent Business Ledger's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Gmail or Calendar at any time from your dashboard's connectors settings, or revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

We share information only with the service providers that make the app work, each of whom processes it solely to provide their part of the service:

• Supabase — hosts your account and business data.
• Stripe — processes subscription billing.
• Google — powers the Gmail and Calendar connectors, when you choose to connect them.
• Resend — delivers account emails like sign-up confirmation.
• Anthropic — powers optional AI features (like drafting a reply or a social post), which send the relevant text to Anthropic's API to generate a response.
• Vercel — hosts the application itself.

We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email us at the address below and we'll process the request.

We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, access controls, a hosted database with row-level security) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

This Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
