Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Agent Business Ledger (the "Service"), operated by Dustin Pennington. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Agent Business Ledger is a business dashboard for real estate agents — leads, clients, listings, contracts, deals, goals, marketing planning, and optional connectors to Gmail, Google Calendar, and supported MLS or transaction-management services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the Service is billed monthly at the then-current subscription price through Stripe. Charges are not refunded, including partial months — canceling stops all future billing immediately, and you can cancel anytime from the "Manage billing" button in your dashboard.

We may change the subscription price going forward; existing subscribers keep their current price unless separately notified of a change.

Don't use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit spam or malware, or attempt to access another agent's account or data without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The business data you enter — your leads, clients, listings, deals, and everything else — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and used.

Features that connect to Gmail, Google Calendar, or an MLS/transaction service rely on those providers' own APIs and are subject to their own terms of service. We're not responsible for outages, data changes, or policy changes on their end.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome (leads converted, deals closed, etc.) will result from using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Business Ledger and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
